Postage & Packaging


We ship items on a Monday and Thursday. If you need next day please check our terms below. Our cutoff time for postage on these days is 10.00hrs.

All postage and packaging is charged based on the overall (Gross) weight of your order using the Royal Mail’s standard second class, parcel mail charges or other suitable courier service. These charges are updated from time to time in line with royal Mail’s price increases
The postage prices quoted on this website are for UK mainland postage only. If you require postage to UK islands before completing your purchase please email for a postage quote. Unfortunately we only ship within the UK
We are not obliged to inform you of any price increases as the cost of delivery is displayed in the checkout screen prior to confirmation of the order.

Orders will be dispatched to the address given by customers through our online shop. It is not possible for us to alter address details after the fact. Please ensure you enter the complete postal address before you complete your order. We can only dispatch to the address given through Paypal to ensure we comply with the seller protection policies in place on Any items of post that are returned to us due to an incomplete address will incur an additional postage charge if the customer has failed to give a full address.

All our packages with a gross value of £10.00 or more will be sent using a tracked or signed for service. We will notify customers of the tracking number for their package.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY – If you require a next day service please contact us and ask for a quote. We can only offer this service on a Monday and Thursday before 10.00hrs.


From time to time we notify customers of a discount offer on our site. Offers usually take the form of a percentage discount off item or basket. We reserve the right to cancel offers at any time. We further reserve the right to cancel orders that have already been made and not dispatched, subject to a full refund. We will contact customers to advise them of this should it be necessary.

If you wish to cancel your order you should email your intention to cancel within 14 days from the day of delivery of your goods.

FOOD GRADE ITEMS - Due to the nature of the dry aging bags, curing salts, wood dust or wood chip used for curing drying and food smoking it is not possible for these items to be returned after they have been opened due of the danger from contamination.

This does not affect your rights under the sale of good act

If you wish to cancel an order after you have received the goods you will be liable for the cost of the return postage and packaging. You also have an obligation to ensure the goods are kept in good condition until they are dispatched.
