DETAIL - You'll enjoy an engaging afternoon with Joanne and Louise by making a variety of different canapes using a selection of locally sources ingredients.
During the workshop you will learn how to make an exquisite quail’s scotch egg, smoked salmon cream cheese blinis. mini cheese biscuits rolled in crushed walnuts and poppy seeds, trout pate on melba toast, delicious choux buns stuffed with crème fraiche and chive and another one with crab meat and a beetroot and cream cheese tartlet. If that wasn’t enough you’ll finish your session by making tasty chocolate truffles.
This hands-on workshop contains lots of interesting techniques, delightful recipes and insight for you to wow your friends. Not only do you get to learn from two real experts in the field of high-end catering, you’ll also get to take home the canapes you make at the end of the session.
