ProQ Artisan Cold Smoke Generator is a new, larger version of the amazingly successful Cold Smoke Generator, perfect for commercial use and those customers wanting to cold smoke more food in larger containers.

NOTE- Please ensure that this unit is not used indoors, it can create concentrations of carbon monoxide which is odourless and can be deadly if inhaled. Use in a well-ventilated area out of wind and rain. Always remove the tea-light candle used to light the cold smoke generator once the dust has begun smouldering, the candle must be removed before inserting the generator into your chamber. The ProQ Artisan Cold Smoke Generator is not designed for use with the ProQ Eco Smoker. Using the ProQ Artisan Cold Smoke Generator with the ProQ Eco Smoker may result in serious injury, death or damage to property.

The original Cold Smoke Generator is most effective in containers that have a capacity of between 30 Litres - 150 Litres - The ProQ® Eco Smoker (33 Litres) and Frontier (105 Litres with 2 stackers) are ideal. The Artisan is designed to work in containers that are larger, from around 150 Litres and upwards - The ProQ® Excel 20, with 2 stackers, is around 170 Litres in capacity.
