Spend a morning learning the techniques behind the traditional methods of food preserving from award winning jam maker, Hazel Roberts. Suitable for the absolute beginner or those who would like to refine their technique or attempt new recipes, this course covers jam and jelly making, chutney making and other preserving techniques. By the end of the session you will have a selection of preserves to take home that you will have had a hand in making and you will feel enabled to continue making preserves at home.
